Located on an elevated 1.4ha site overlooking a valley formed by Margaret River this four bedroom holiday house is designed to provide its owners with the perfect rural retreat.

Rammed limestone blades orient all living areas and bedrooms north toward the stunning views and winter sun. Living areas and bedrooms are arranged along the north side of an East-West corridor with services to the south.

A gull wing roof creates the flooding of the living areas with winter sun and the use of louvres and other operable sashes provide an abundance of cross ventilation.

The extensive use of steel and glass provides the articulation of mass and knife-blade roof edges.

Appropriate north facing glazing protected from summer sun provides stable diurnal temperatures year round.
